Do I have to have the app?

If you can't install the Zips Loyalty App, your budtender can help you signup.

What happens if my QR code is not showing?

If your QR code in the app is not displaying and or if you are having any app loading issues, please delete the App from your phone including the Storage and Data and re-install the app. This will not delete your visit history or rewards.
